To play a leading role throughout Wales in meeting the housing and support needs of those who are socially excluded, marginalized and disadvantaged.
Our approach is to be innovative, responsive to local need and to work in partnership with key strategic agencies.
What Foundation Housing has achieved:
Prevented and alleviated homelessness by providing accomodation that people want and need i.e. ordinary homes in ordinary streets.
Brought nearly 2000 empty properties back in to use in the private and public sectors during the last 25 years.
Contributed to community regeneration and social inclusion.
Delivered a cost effective and humane alternative to bed and breakfast accomodation by Local Authorities in respect of the provision of temporary accomodation.
