Looking for Landlords
Since the beginning of 2010, we have been working hard in securing newly leased properties in the following areas:
- Blaenau Gwent
- Bridgend
- Caerphilly
- Rhondda Cynon Taff
- Vale of Glamorgan
In particular, we are looking to get in touch with private landlords in RCT, Vale of Glamorgan and Blaenau Gwent who are willing to lease their properties to us for a fixed period in return for a guaranteed rent.
